Reservations & Confirmation
All reservations require a valid credit card or advance deposit to confirm your booking. Confirmation
emails will be sent within 24 hours of successful reservation. Please review all booking details carefully
upon receipt.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject
to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid photo identification and the credit card used for
booking must be presented at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made
within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's accommodation fee. No-shows will be charged the full
reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted via email to propertiesblend@gmail.com with your booking
reference number.
Payment & Pricing
All rates are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at
check-out and can be made via cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or bank transfer. We
reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
Property Conduct & Liability
Guests are expected to respect property rules, fellow guests, and staff members. Smoking is permitted only
in designated outdoor areas. Mirage Bay Deluxe is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. We
reserve the right to request early departure without refund for violations of property policies or
disruptive behavior.
Damage & Security Deposit
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay. A security deposit
may be required for certain room categories. Any damages exceeding normal wear will be charged to the card
on file.
Force Majeure
Mirage Bay Deluxe shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond
reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In
such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered at management's discretion.
